Located on a beautiful waterfront lot on the East Side of San Juan, this project allowed the Ravenhill crew to work with one of their favorite mediums; timber frame! This home is built on an existing foundation and features mortice and tenon timber frame supplied by Grant Calverly of San Juan Timber Frame. Interior features include an impressive open stairway tower and a smart wiring system that connects utilities into a central mainframe for accessibility and convenience.
