This new home, guest house and boathouse, designed by Balance Associates, Architects of Seattle, is located on a beautiful sunny waterfront lot on the South end of Lopez island. John Flemming was the Lopez project supervisor and was accompanied on this project by foreman Tom Hayes. Nathan Wiggamer commuted from Friday Harbor to join the crew of Lopezian carpenters.
