This small vacation home on Lopez Island was designed by Colin Brandt of Brandt Design Inc. in Seattle. The project was managed by Lopez foreman Tom Hayes, who supervised the crew of resident and commuting carpenters. Once again Ravenhill managed, with this project, to demonstrate the ability to work within the constraints of a tight budget without compromising design integrity and attention to detail.
