Natural Balance House

The entire Ravenhill team is very excited about this project, which will be the first LEED certified home in the San Juans.  Project manager Jonathan Hu is working closely with foreman Jerry to assure that every step is taken to meet green building standards and make this project a model for sustainable, energy efficient, environmentally responsible construction.  The home will feature a sod roof covered in native foliage, a 100% rainwater catchment system for use with all domestic water needs and recycled materiels throughout.  The owner’s goal for this home is to show that a LEED certification can be achievable without compromising design and comfort.  This home will be a beautiful beacon of the future of the buidling trade in the San Juans.
